This REFUND Policy covers and describes the manner in which Envision Bullet LLC dba Bullet ATM (hereinafter, “Bullet” or “we” or “us”) handles requests for refunds from a customer after the customer executes a transaction when visiting the “kiosks” or automated teller machines (referred to as “ATMs”) which we operate. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Bullet’s website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) here.

As we strive to maintain the highest standards of service, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases made through our ATMs. This policy applies to all Services, including the purchase of cryptocurrency and any related items.

We understand that each purchase is an important investment your future, and we are committed to ensuring that you receive only the highest level of service and the exact amount of cryptocurrency that you contracted for at our ATMs. However, due to the sensitive nature of cryptocurrency and the irreversible or irrevocable nature of each transaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

1.     Change of mind

2.     Improper submission of wallet address

3.     Made a mistake

4.     Regrets sending cryptocurrency to a third party

5.     Incompatibility with prior research or investment holdings

6.     Adverse reactions, price went down, or unexpected results

We encourage all customers to carefully review their own goals and expectations before making a purchase. Customers should not make any purchase of cryptocurrency without the view the you may or will likely lose the entire value of the value of the transaction. In the unlikely event that you have not received the contracted amount of cryptocurrency in your transaction, please notify us immediately, and we will work with you to address the issue promptly and appropriately.
