This REFUND Policy covers and describes the manner in which Envision Bullet LLC dba Bullet ATM (hereinafter, “Bullet” or “we” or “us”) handles requests for refunds from a customer after the customer executes a transaction when visiting the “kiosks” or automated teller machines (referred to as “ATMs”) which we operate. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Bullet’s website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) here.

As we strive to maintain the highest standards of service, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds, changes or exchanges for any purchases or sale made through our ATMs. This Refund Policy applies to all Services, including the purchase or sale of cryptocurrency and/or any related items.
FURTHER, BY ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE AND THE USE OF OUR SERVICES, YOU KNOWINGLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ONCE THE PURCHASE OR SALE OF CRYPTOCURRENCY IS COMPLETED OR THE CRYPTOCURRENCY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED ON THE BLOCKCHAIN, EACH TRANSACTION IS IRREVERSIBLE AND BULLET WILL NOT REFUND OR CANCEL ANY TRANSACTION. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN USING OUR SERVICES.
We understand that each purchase is an important investment your future, and we are committed to ensuring that you receive only the highest level of service and the exact amount of cryptocurrency that you contracted for at our ATMs. However, due to the sensitive nature of cryptocurrency and the irreversible or irrevocable nature of each transaction, we are unable to accept returns, changes or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
1. Change of mind;
2. Improper submission of wallet address;
3. Made a mistake;
4. Regrets sending cryptocurrency to a third party;
5. Incompatibility with prior research or investment holdings; or
6. Adverse reactions, price went down, or unexpected results.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their own goals and expectations before making a purchase. Customers should not make any purchase of cryptocurrency without the view that you may or will likely lose the entire value of the value of the transaction. If you have any questions or concerns about our Services, please DO NOT USE OUR ATMS and don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance. We are here to help ensure that you have a positive experience with our products and Services.
In the unlikely event that you have not received the contracted amount of cryptocurrency in your transaction, please notify us immediately, and we will work with you to address the issue promptly and appropriately.
